As your Rendering Virtual Assistant I will help you free up your valuable time and create stunning renderings for your client presentations that are custom designed to your branding.
Because all projects are unique in style and complexity, I like to first talk with you about the project and detemine the desired look you have for each one. I have a easy to use project information questionnaire that you'll fill out that will give me all the necessary details to complete your designs. From there I will provide you with an accurate scope of work and flat-rate quote.
As a rule of thumb, plans start at $400 flat rate for one medium room. Allowance rates available for multiple rooms in the same floor plan.
Working off your floor plans and design concepts I create deliverables that allow you to present your client with a combination of photorealistic images, videos and 720° walkthrough tours designed to give them a full immersive experience of what their home will look like as a completed, beautiful space.
From floor planning, flat lays, 4K renders to the final camera walkthrough, I offer you full-service 3D rendering services.
Additionally, my interior design modeling techniques make it possible to visualize each piece of furniture, rug or drapery with photo realistic effects, including colors, materials, and textures.

Top to bottom, to the smallest details, I bring your designs to life!

How it Works:

2) If you're ready to get a quote: Click the 'Add to Cart' button.

3) Log in to the associated Mydoma account and fill out the Rendering Design Project Detail Questionnaire which gives me the details for the project. You can of course connect with me at any point to discuss and questions you have about how we'll work together.

4) Based on your answers, I'll create a scope of work and give you a flat-rate quote and send a LOA. Once signed, I'll send the invoice for payement.

5) Once the invoice is paid, we'll set up a Design Concept Zoom call to walk through the details and I'll get started on creating your renderings.

I offer full-service rendering which means you, the designer present me with your photos, floor plan sketches/prints, measurements and design plans, all concept materials, specific fixtures and furnishings and I will create renderings for the whole room(s).
Collaboration is vital to getting your designs just the way you want them, so communication is open throughout the process.
